Extended Self Service (ESS) allows alumni* to view their University central records online and grant access to the following services:
- update contact details
- view exam grades
- view supervision reports
- view a copy of an unofficial transcript
- subscribe for access to official transcripts
- apply for online academic verification
- apply for graduation**
*with the exception for alumni who matriculated prior to Michaelmas (October) 1980 to whom this service is not available. If you require assistance with obtaining academic verification please submit a request with your details.
**Graduation functionality is under the control and remit of each College. If you find, once registered, that you cannot apply for graduation online you should contact your College (Tutorial Office) directly for further assistance.
