You will need to provide three original documents. This includes at least one form of photo identification and at least one document to verify your current address. We cannot accept documents that have been printed from the internet e.g., bank statements.
You should provide one document from Group 1 below and two further documents from Groups 1, 2a or 2b (found here on the government website). If this is not possible you can provide one document from Group 2a and two further documents from either Group 2a or 2b. At least one document must show your current address. If you will not be able to provide these documents you must contact us immediately so that we can discuss your application.
